Core Flow
This class will leave you feeling long, lean, strong, and relaxed. A fusion of Pilates/core work and yoga to both work and open the body. Great for those who would like to improve core and low back strength.  This is done in a 95 degree room. Good for beginners who feel comfortable taking things at their own pace.

Trek Bicycle Waterloo
Trek Power (for Trek-Waterloo Employees only)
If you work at Trek-Waterloo join us for your dose of yoga during your work day!  This class is open for all levels and is about 70 degrees. We will work on yoga for athletes, for stress, and to counteract a busy day at work. 50 minute class with Aromatherapy added.

Prairie Athletic Club – Studio 3 (map)
One of the few public “non-hot” classes I teach!  Join us in a 70 degree room at Prairie Athletic Club where will will work with breath, movement, challenges and relaxation.  Aromatherapy is usually added to the class to aid the brain in grounding and relaxation.

Wake up early to start your day off right!  A very warm class with lots of challenges and endurance building shapes, mixed with relaxation and mindfullness.  A fast moving class rooted in strength and balance. One of my favorites to teach!

SLOW FLOW
We take Sol down to a warm temp around 85 and we learn how to move slowly and feel, experience, soak in and exist.  I recommend this class for all levels, it is not easy by any means, but it does move slow enough to be accessible to most. I love this class because my heart gets to talk.  It is a great way to connect, even if you are introverted or challenged by yoga.

What a great way to spend your afternoon at work!  This is structured as a 60 minute meditation with a few deep twists, folds, hip openers and heart openers.  If you have a busy or stressful life, suffer from depression, anxiety, sit at a desk all day, or practice endurance sports This. is. The. Balance. For. You. Perfect for all levels and sometimes nicknamed the “lazy yoga” but by no means, is it easy.  We work to train the breath to control the brain so you can stay balanced through all the ups and downs of life.

ROLL and RECOVERY (sol studio)
I created this class from my love from yoga, foam rolling, eastern medicine and massage.  It’s truly my most therapeutic class. We practice in a 95 degree studio to help soften the muscles to prepare to release Lactic Acid, blocked Qui, release Fascia, Lymph, etc.  I mix in yoga poses, foam rolling techniques, acupressure, myofascial release, stress reduction, meditation, mindfullness and aromatherapy to name a few! Perfect for new students, athletes, recovery and rehabilitation.

SLOW FLOW
Usually at Sol, we do Slow Flow at 85 degrees but I am always listening to my students and they have spoken!  This is the only HOT Slow Flow I teach and it’s one of the best! 60 minutes in 95 degrees before your day to connect to breath, life, balance, to set an intention for the day or weekend.  We move slowly and mindfully through challenging and releasing poses. A good place to start if you are new! The group usually request non-traditional music that is rocks!!
