I created this class from my love from yoga, foam rolling, eastern medicine and massage.  It’s truly my most therapeutic class. We practice in a 95 degree studio to help soften the muscles to prepare to release Lactic Acid, blocked Qui, release Fascia, Lymph, etc.  I mix in yoga poses, foam rolling techniques, acupressure, myofascial release, stress reduction, meditation, mindfullness and aromatherapy to name a few! Perfect for new students, athletes, recovery and rehabilitation.
